How Relivia works
Relivia uses TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) technology to stimulate the trigeminal nerve — the nerve directly connected to migraines. A small electrode patch is placed on the forehead and the device sends mild electrical impulses that modulate pain signals in the nervous system. Used daily for 15 minutes as a preventive treatment, or for up to 60 minutes during an active migraine attack. No medication. No side effects. The technology has been used for over 30 years and is proven in clinical studies.

How long does a treatment session last?
Preventative treatment takes 15 minutes per day. For an active attack, up to 60 minutes is recommended. You can use Relivia in conjunction with the Relief aHead app to track your sessions.

Do I need to buy anything else?
