Relief aHead™ is a medical device for transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (e-TNS) specifically designed for the treatment of migraines. It combines trigeminal nerve stimulation technology with a smart mobile app and an AI platform that personalizes your treatment.

The Relivia device is placed on the forehead and sends mild electrical impulses that stimulate the branches of the trigeminal nerve (supraorbital and supratrochlear nerves). This stimulation modulates pain signals, reduces the frequency and intensity of migraine attacks, and can even prevent them. The technology is supported by clinical studies.

In 2026, Relief aHead and Neurawave AB, together with Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm, will conduct a new type of clinical study of our technology.

Yes. Relief aHead™ is a Class IIa medical device that complies with international safety standards (IEC 60601-1). The treatment is non-invasive, drug-free, and without side effects. It is a well-established and clinically proven treatment for migraines.

Your Relief aHead™ kit includes: the e-TNS device Relivia, a starter set with self-adhesive electrodes, a user manual in Spanish, English, and Swedish, and access to the Relief aHead mobile app.

The regular price for the Relief aHead™ device Relivia is 379,000 CLP. Customers on our waiting list receive an exclusive 20% discount and pay only 303,200 CLP.

The Premium subscription gives you access to all advanced features in the app, including AI migraine prediction, detailed statistics, and most importantly: replacement electrodes are included and sent automatically when you need them.

We use a gamification system where your price decreases based on your engagement:

Bronze (0–40 points): 29,990 CLP/month
Silver (41–80 points): 22,990 CLP/month
Gold (81–120 points): 14,990 CLP/month
Platinum (121+ points): 8,990 CLP/month

You earn points by completing treatments, logging symptoms, and maintaining your daily routine.

Yes, you can use Relief aHead™ without a subscription. You will have access to the basic functions of the app and can purchase electrodes separately for 2,490 CLP each. Each electrode lasts for approximately 10–20 treatments.

Yes, we accept interest-free installment payments. You can split your purchase into up to 12 monthly payments.

Deliveries within Santiago take 3–5 business days. For other regions in Chile, the delivery time is 5–7 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery in real-time via our website.

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal according to Chilean law. The product must be in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Relief aHead™ has a 6-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If your device shows defects, you can choose between: free repair, replacement with a new device, or a full refund. We cover all shipping costs for warranty claims.

Unopened electrodes can be returned within 14 days. Opened electrodes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but if they are defective, they are covered by the warranty.

It's very simple:

1) Clean your forehead with water and dry thoroughly
2) Attach the self-adhesive electrode to the device
3) Place the device centrally on your forehead
4) Open the app and select your treatment program
5) Adjust the intensity to a comfortable level

A typical session lasts 15–60 minutes.

For preventive treatment: we recommend a daily 15-minute session. For acute treatment (during an attack): you can use the device when you feel an attack coming or during the attack itself. Consult your doctor for a personalized treatment plan.

It should not hurt. You will feel a tingling or tickling sensation which is completely normal. Always start at the lowest intensity and gradually increase until you find a comfortable but effective level. If you feel pain, reduce the intensity immediately.

Each self-adhesive electrode lasts for approximately 10–20 treatments, depending on care and your skin conditions. To maximize their lifespan, store them in their original packaging after each use and avoid touching the sticky surface.

You should not use Relief aHead™ if you have: a pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices, epilepsy or previous seizures, are pregnant, have open wounds or injuries on your forehead, or are under 18 years of age.

We recommend that you consult your doctor if you: have cardiac arrhythmias, are pregnant, have very sensitive skin or known allergies, or are taking medications that affect blood clotting. Your doctor can help you determine if Relief aHead™ is suitable for you.

The Relivia device works independently for basic treatments. However, the Relief aHead app allows you to personalize treatments, track your progress, get attack predictions, and manage your subscription. We recommend using it to get the maximum benefit.

Yes, the Relief aHead app is fully available in Spanish. You can download it for free from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Our artificial intelligence analyzes your usage patterns, symptom logs, environmental data, and data from your smartwatch (if you connect it) to learn your personal triggers. Over time, it can predict an attack 24–48 hours in advance, allowing you to take preventive measures.

Absolutely. We comply with Chilean data protection laws (Ley 19.628) and European GDPR. Your health data is encrypted and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You can request the deletion of your data at any time.
